Additional policies
Rental agreement: A vacation rental agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. This is a legally binding document.
Check-in / check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in is not available. Late check-out after 10:00 AM will be charged an additional day.
Monthly / snowbird rentals: Available from November through February. Contact us for monthly rates.
What to bring: Guests receive a starter pack of laundry detergent, dish soap, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized toiletries per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished — please bring your own beach towels.
Cancellation: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations 14–30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather including hurricanes and named storms.
